This chemical reaction might seem like it has nothing to do with food at one glance, but actually our product tenderizes meats, reinforces their flavor, and even helps the human body to absorb calcium.

We have also acquired a patent from major countries for "Calshell", which is a super-minute, grain-sized capsule made from calcium dissolved in the intestines. This technology helps us to assimilate substances that are beneficial to the human body, but without tasting bitter, smelling bad, or losing vitamins and nutrients.
