March, 1985	KITII Co., Ltd. capitalized at ¥ 5 million established in Funabashi city, Chiba, Japan.
January, 1986	Office and laboratory opened in Chuo, Tokyo, Japan. Jointly developed 'initial breeding for fish breeding' with Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo University for fisheries, and National Center for stock enhancement, fisheries research agent.
December, 1986	Capital increased to ¥ 22 million.
January, 1987	Developed and introduced to the market Pack DE Akamushi, a highly floatable fodder for aquarium fish.
March, 1989	Capital increased to ¥ 35 million.
August, 1990	Moved headquarters from Funabashi city, Chiba to Chuo, Tokyo.
August, 1993	Developed Calshell, a calcium husk making technology, and DHA Calcium Powder.
August, 1993	Capital increased to ¥ 40 million.
January, 1994	Moved headquarters from Chuo, Tokyo to Shiohama, Koto, Tokyo.
January, 1997	Received subsidy from Sanwa Venture Development Foundation (*) to establish and apply Calcium Husk Technology.
April, 1997	4 venture capital companies make joint investment.
May, 1997	Developed and introduced to the market Ringo Soft fermentation seasoning for meat applying ion repulsion technology.
March, 1998	Received "Specific, new business certification" (**) from the Minister for International Trade and Industry based on specific, new business methods.
May, 1998	Acceptances and guarantees are approved from the Industrial Structure Improvement Fund (***), financing received from Fuji Bank.
July, 1999	Moved headquarters from Shiohama, Koto, Tokyo to Sengoku, Koto, Tokyo.
February, 2001	Recognized by and received full commitment from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
June, 2001	Requested support from the WHO Circulatory Organs Disease Prevention and International Joint Research Center.
January, 2002	Received the Ookawa Prize from The New Business Conference Corporation.
October, 2002	Received the Okinawa venture business grand prize from Okinawa Prefecture.
March, 2003	Received the Ando Momofuku Prize from the ANDO Foundation.
April, 2003	Received Entrepreneur Grand Prize from Kawasaki City.
May, 2003	Opened Shin Kawasaki office in the Kawasaki Business Incubation Center (KBIC).
August, 2003	Moved headquarters from Sengoku, Koto, Tokyo to Nihonbashi, Chuo, Tokyo.
March, 2004	Established March as closing of annual accounts.
April, 2004	Opened Naha, Okinawa branch.
November, 2004	Opened laboratory in Uruma, Okinawa.
May, 2005	We registered Okinawa Laboratory as Okinawa Branch. Naha Branch was integrated into Okinawa Branch.
July, 2008	Our new head office is in Shinkawasaki.
